CleanTop
CleanTop is our integral sealing technology. Unlike a topical sealer applied after installation, CleanTop is bonded into the paver during manufacturing, giving 360-degree protection that never needs reapplying. It reduces efflorescence, repels water from the top and bottom of the stone, resists everyday staining, and inhibits algae and moss. CleanTop is standard on our Coastal Series and Palermo. CleanTop Plus, our highest level of protection, is standard on Umbriano®.
Easier, less frequent cleaning
Concrete and natural stone have fine capillaries which trap moisture and dirt. CleanTop is a part of the production process and permanently bonded within the paver; tire marks, dirt, and normal everyday stains can quickly and easily be removed.
Long-lasting protection
Colors and surfaces protected with CleanTop weather considerably less than treated and conventionally sealed pavers. This system counteracts wear and tear making the surface less susceptible to aging.
